"Wow... ordered a variety & got the pleasure of having the best bite of pastry of my life (Kouign Amann), followed immediately by the best bite of pastry of all my past & future lives as well (Apple Turnover), and then the best baguette (Baguette Parisian). I've never had a baguette with a crust that perfect and fresh before. Everything had such a fresh glass-crackle crust, including the Chocolate Croissant. The pastry work and lamination is just unreal.
