I often order the same combo from Popeyes because I really enjoy the food and usually have a good experience. The spicy tenders, Cajun fries, and biscuits are always delicious and full of flavor.
However, in my most recent order, the two Spicy Chicken Sandwiches I paid for were missing. It was disappointing because they were an important part of the meal. I hope the staff can double-check orders before sending them out to avoid mistakes like this. Other than that, the food quality is usually very good, and I will continue to give Popeyes another chance."

"I loved the location in Manhattan, so I was excited to see I can order delivery from the other locations now. Surprisingly, the chicken arrived crispy even though the delivery took about an hour and had another stop along the way. The Crispy Spicy Fried Wings wasn't as spicy as the ones I had in the Manhattan, but they were still delicious. I did order both the spicy and regular, but they didn't label the boxes. That's one thing I would suggest they do. My grandma doesn't eat spicy, so I had to taste test to make sure before sharing some with her. However, my spice tolerance is pretty high. Since the spicy was just a kick, I was a bit uncertain of which ones to give my grandma. It worked out in the end though. The chicken I ordered also had the option to include pickled radish, which I love. I said yes to both orders of chicken. They ended up coming with small containers of their corn salad in addition to the radish, which was also delicious. I love that I get to try it before ordering the full size. Now that I know it's good, I won't be hesitant on ordering it next time. The only thing I didn't like was that the eating utensils came with rice stuck to them, which I didn't order anything with rice. It isn't a big deal since I can always wash the utensils, but it's just something to look out for. Overall, I recommend!"

The Mutton Chukka was still spicy for me, but that’s more on my spice tolerance than the dish itself because the flavor was amazing. The Raita had a really generous portion and was very good. The Karuvapillai Soup wasn’t really to my taste, though that may just be because I’m not used to it. The Butter Naan was fine nothing special. They were really quick with their order. First, the tteokbokki was exceptional—just the right amount of spice, with chewy rice cakes and a savory sauce that had a nice balance of heat and sweetness. It’s comfort food done right!
As for the chicken, I tried both the crispy regular chicken and the soy garlic chicken, and they did not disappoint. The crispy chicken had a perfectly golden crunch on the outside, while staying juicy and flavorful inside—classic and satisfying. The soy garlic chicken, on the other hand, had this addictive glaze that was savory, sweet, and just slightly garlicky—easily one of the best versions I’ve had.
The portions were generous, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience.

"the flavor of the actual meat is delicious and everything is cooked well. the platter also came with a portion of rice in a separate container. the only disappointment is the portion of meat :( you can see how sad it looks. $29 for 9 pieces of meat doesn't sound bad until you see the size of those pieces :( i recommend the food for taste but it is pricey for what you get. yummy but feels incomplete "
