I often order the same combo from Popeyes because I really enjoy the food and usually have a good experience. The spicy tenders, Cajun fries, and biscuits are always delicious and full of flavor.
However, in my most recent order, the two Spicy Chicken Sandwiches I paid for were missing. It was disappointing because they were an important part of the meal. I hope the staff can double-check orders before sending them out to avoid mistakes like this. Other than that, the food quality is usually very good, and I will continue to give Popeyes another chance."

I thought maybe McDonald's ruined the fries in general by cutting some corners or something along those lines, but I was at a few other locations and the fries were great. This locations needs to train again on fry cooking. McDonald's should have some of the best fries. Not the worst. These are consistently awful. The nuggets are also usually bad compared to other locations. Smaller or overcooked or something. It's hard to explain exactly what they're doing differently, but the outcome is really bad on all of the fried items.

"I loved the location in Manhattan, so I was excited to see I can order delivery from the other locations now. Surprisingly, the chicken arrived crispy even though the delivery took about an hour and had another stop along the way. The Crispy Spicy Fried Wings wasn't as spicy as the ones I had in the Manhattan, but they were still delicious. I did order both the spicy and regular, but they didn't label the boxes. That's one thing I would suggest they do. My grandma doesn't eat spicy, so I had to taste test to make sure before sharing some with her. However, my spice tolerance is pretty high. Since the spicy was just a kick, I was a bit uncertain of which ones to give my grandma. It worked out in the end though. The chicken I ordered also had the option to include pickled radish, which I love. I said yes to both orders of chicken. Now that I know it's good, I won't be hesitant on ordering it next time. "Used to pop in here and there. The following is what I noticed over the time.
PROS:
1) Flavors are good really enjoy the taste of this place.
2) Generous on the tater tots!
CONS:
1) Portion sizes. The portions have been getting smaller, especially the burrito. The burrito used to be the size of a coke can and a half. But now its reduced to a little smaller than a can.
2) Sauces got smaller too - are expensive for only filling half of a smaller dipping cup.
3) SUPREME DORITOS is $6 and they barely put any filling in there. Look at image for reference.
4) they need to update the pictures because they have changed the menu.
OBSERVATION:
They used to have spicy pork, but Korean style that uses pork belly. Now they use pulled pork which is good, but the images need to get updated. I could see some people getting mislead which kind of makes this a con.
I also dont see a kimchi salsa anymore which is a bummer.
They also removed the two piece fried chicken from the burrito combo and changed it with a can of Coke."
