The Veg Paneer Biryani was extremely disappointing -- completely flavorless except for the excessive spice, and every grain of rice seemed soaked in oil. There were barely 4–5 pieces of paneer and a few carrot bits.
Ulavacharu Veg Dum Biryani is acceptable to some extent. It is better when compared with Veg Paneer Biryani.
I’ve ordered from this restaurant before and assumed past issues were a one-off, but this time it confirmed that consistency is clearly missing. Really hoped for better quality."

"The Tandoor Platter was delicious, however the boneless pieces were extremely dry and tough (very fibrous, common problem these days). The Saag Paneer was good, but this time it was very bland. The Veg Samosa and Mango Lassi are always on point, and I like that they bottle their own Lassi.
I've been stopping here on the way home from work for takeout since they first opened, and it's always good food, but inconsistent as far as what to expect. I would like to see a spice level option for ordering online, and some combination platters on the menu; (thali?) or something affordable that includes multiple things.
