"The associates working there need to pay attention to the details of an order. While I understand the balancing of walk-in customers and online orders can be challenging, take a moment to read what a customer specifically lists. No different than handling an order in person.
An example is that I ordered a Love-It with chocolate ice cream, fudge with Oreos. I got something that someone wanted to experiment with and cannot eat. Again, review the ticket before you say that it's completed.
