It was dry, not many layers, the bechmal sauce on top had lost its loft and was very dense, and there were breadcrumbs on top for some reason. Granted, there are MANY versions of this dish, but this one was not to my liking and tasted like it had been frozen and reheated based on the density, dryness and the condition of the topping. It also appears that the Brussel sprouts were added because the portion of Mousaka was on the smaller side. "For Skyline CHILI there was very little chili. This is the first time we've gotten such poor quality on everything we ordered.
