There was very little of each, so the enchiladas were very dry. What little cheese was inside was terribly bland. Best part of the meal was the spinach salad with cilantro, red onion and jalapeños. I ordered a small queso to try, it was bland. FYI, they don't provide chips unless you order chips. This is the first poor review that I've ever written but I felt obligated. Took a chance and ordered from Taste of Mexico for a late-night craving. The food was delivered quickly and it was still pretty warm when it arrived. I did ask for the sour cream and cheese to be on the side and it was on the taco, but it wasn't a huge deal. They did follow the other special instructions, specifically no tomatoes; so I appreciated that. The taco and tamale were about double the price (triple with the delivery fees and tip) what I would usually pay for the same food if I picked up, but the convenience was totally worth it tonight. The taco was STUFFED full of goodness and the chicken was actually finely diced and moist and tender. I have not tried the tamale yet as I ordered it for later, but it does look tasty. I would highly recommend giving this food truck a try. I am pretty sure you will be happy you did!"
