I ordered the Crispy Chicken Bacon Alfredo and the Buffalo Chicken Ranch Mac & Cheese because they were two of the highest-rated items on the menu. I figured those would be the safest choices. If these are considered the best dishes, I can’t imagine what the rest of the menu tastes like.
I’m not a picky eater. I’ll eat almost anything if it tastes good, and in more than 30 years I’ve never felt the need to leave a negative food review. I understand restaurants can have an off day, but this experience was different.
The Crispy Chicken Bacon Alfredo had very little Alfredo flavor, almost no bacon flavor, and the pasta itself was bland. The Buffalo Chicken Ranch Mac & Cheese lacked both buffalo and ranch flavor and was just as disappointing. The only thing both dishes had in common was an overwhelming amount of salt.
For $16–$18 per dish, this quality is simply unacceptable. There are far too many restaurants today serving fresh, flavorful food at the same price.
As someone who worked as a chef years ago, I know what quality food should taste like. Based on my experience, these dishes showed no attention to flavor, balance, or quality.
I’m writing this review to save other people from wasting their money. I will never order from this company again, and I would never recommend it to my family or friends.
Take your money somewhere else. You’ll almost certainly get a much better meal for the same price."

"Kenneth the doordash driver was great. Marcos was way behind on the order and the driver was kind enough to wait. The Pepperoni Magnifico® was nice and crispy and was good. The build your own crispy was not crispy, had a lot of sauce on it and was soggy. The Italiano Sub was the worst sub I have ever eaten. Soggy, hardly any meat on it and the lettuce was just thrown on it. Took two bites and threw it away. Will not buy the sub again. Did not get the Parmesan Packet ."
