"I've never heard of The Meltdown but came across the restaurant this morning. I'm not a big breakfast person but I love sandwiches. The Hot Melt Mess was AMAZING!! It was so good I shared my sandwich with a coworker so they could experience the goodness. The beef was extra tender and flavorful! The bread was toasted to PERFECTION! A lot of restaurants send soggy toast through DoorDash...NOT THE MELTDOWN! The Meltdown even sent condiments, utensils, and a moist towelette without me requesting it. A lot of restaurants will only send the necessities with your order by request.
I'll be getting another sandwich next week, the week after, and most likely the week after that. I already know which sandwiches I'm ordering next. THANK YOU for starting my day off right!"

The execution was so close to perfection but some of the little details didn't fully hit. The tomatoes weren't fully ripe if they had been ripe heirlooms it would have been divine. The buratta was lovely but slightly stringy. The Tomato Burrata Toast bread wasn't toasted which seemed odd given the concept. The Granola Bar was so yummy and the 8oz. I tried the Champagne Lobster Omelette, because it was a seasonal special on their menu. I was astonished at the delightfully cooked lobster and eggs. The amazing champagne butter that enrobed every bite perfectly complimented both the lobster and the bright, fresh tomatoes and green onions! The boursin cheese inside tied it all together with a rich and savory cheesy-herbaceous base. This is an omelette worth every last cent of its cost!
I wish I could continue to write about the other wonderful creations I was privileged to consume from here today, but know that you will not be disappointed, whatever you choose! I am excited for my next meal here!"
