"I have been ordering from this location for quite some time now. Has been great quality throughout. However the past couple times I have noticed a quality issue, not sure if you have all new staff or what is going on. I just ordered a Carolina BBQ Burger which to my surprise has no bbq sauce in it, just a little bit of mayo accompanied with a giant chunk of lettuce, and a missing pickle. Triple O's quality is what differentiates it from other fast food places but I haven't seen that as of lately. "

"I quite liked this restaurant prior to my delivery. The breakfast poutine was sub par - I asked for an "easy" egg and it was thoroughly cooked. I can understand that with heat and in an enclosed box, it will continue cooking so that wasn't the worst. The potatoes were undercooked, soggy and oily. And there is no way the hollandaise is made from scratch - it must be powdered stuff they mix in house. It is absolutely awful. Don't pay extra to order it or get it on the side so you can test for yourself. "

"If youre going to order the double chicken, you may as well get an order from Nandos instead. Youll get a way better deal from Nandos than here. The amount of rice and vegetables are no where near the same as what you see in the image. The rice was dry, and the chicken was okay. Only the grilled veggies were good. "We ordered 2 regular sandwiches #6 - The Roast Beef Dinner #9 - The Inferno and received different sizes. The roast beef had the texture of deli-style roast beef. Not exactly carved from a slow-cooked roast. The horseradish mayo was liquidy and almost like water as it was dripping from the sandwich and made the bun mushy. Didn’t have horseradish taste to it. For the price of the sandwiches and the size you get, it's overpriced. Especially when "regular" is 2 different sizes! The Potato Salad was tasty. Can get a better deal at Subway."
