The chicken leg however was undercooked and as shown in the pic, still slightly bloody at the bone and drained into the box. To be safe I chose to microwave the trio for 2 mins before eating. The sides: double Collard Greens and double Potato Salad were EXCELLENT as before. I think next go around I'll go with a Veggie plate instead. To their credit, the portions are ample and filling.
