"The door dasher had dropped off the wrong order. I called Mountain Mikes on G St to advise of the error in the dropped off order. Mountain Mikes stated the dasher did not confirm the order before leaving the restaurant.
They also apologized and quickly had a driver from Mountain Mikes drop off the correct order.
I didnt get the assistant managers name, but she was very customer service oriented.

The regular (house) bbq sauce was okay, a little on the dry side (the sauce, not the wings) instead of sticky & messy where it gets all over your fingers and you can't touch anything. I ordered the Bone-In Wings which arrived still hot and fresh tasting. I'm not a fry person and I never buy them but they came w the order. After seeing them, I actually enjoyed a few because they are the thicker cut, steak fries and not the thin ones that get cold and stale fast. These actually re-heat well. That's good because there was a decent size amount in the order for my dad to eat tomorrow. Overall, I was happy w my meal and would order from this place again. "On Door dash I requested my regular pepperoni "we'll done" and it was the toastiest, juiciest slices we've ever had from there. Didn't know that was a thing til now lol pizza slices arrived to my home HOT HOT and cut nicely. Honestly it matters whos in the back making them because sometimes their not cut all the way and their kinda warm and by the time we dig in they'll need to be heated.
