"We ordered this morning from what we thought would be a nearby and assumably reliable chain instead of our usual local place given we had a strict timeline this morning. Right off the bat our initial quoted delivery time was extended seconds after placing the order and then once again after the initial extension pushing the delivery wait time to almost 45 minutes (when originally told 20).
When the order finally arrives we recieved barely hot coffee's, mushy hashbrowns (not even a little bit of crisp) and the worst selection of donut holes. We asked for an assortment but instead received a box of almost entirely pumpkin(there was no "seasonal flavor" warning when ordering) with 4 (yes literally 4) plain... i could understand they may have run out but we listed on our order to cancel order if what we wanted was not available. We were not contacted by door dash, or the restaurant at any point to discuss options or the changes and they did not follow instructions.
We should have trusted our instincts and went with our favorite local spot (especially since delivery times probably would have ended up the same anyways)! If youre evem considering dunkin for whatever reason, just dont. This is a complete waste of money with terrible service and even worse day-old product. "
