Unfortunately, this isn’t the first disappointing experience I’ve had at this location. Ordering here has become increasingly frustrating, and the quality of service seems to have declined significantly. Customers shouldn’t have to double-check their bags to make sure they received everything they paid for. I really hope management addresses these issues because this location needs to do better."
