The picture and description sounds more like a roasted pork chop that's crispy from the roast not crispy from being breaded and fried. And what they mean by fresh herbs are green onion, garlic, and kung pao chili. Again I loved it. Just think people deserve transparency especially when spending $24 a plate. Not much of a fan of the price. A bit too pricy for a pork dish. I probably won't order it again based on the price alone. But if you want breaded and fried pork chops at least now you know what you're ordering. The chow mein is very basic, and so not worth $22!! The hot sour soup is very good. "I always order the Black Jelly (16oz) and Taho. The flavors bring me right back to growing up and eating ChowKing in San Diego and Manila. I also love the Meaty Asado Siopao (1pc) and Chicken Mami - it's the noodles! I like the thin stringy ones in a good garlicky soup.

"I ordered lunch via Doordash pickup and the order was ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived, the restaurant was empty, but the cashier was friendly and handed me my order right away. There were a few others waiting for order pickups as well. Maybe the restaurant is more of a dinner place? Regardless, the food was very flavorful and piping hot. From the hong kong noodles (with separate container of sauce+toppings), basil chicken + shrimp, and won ton soup, everything tasted GREAT! My only nit is that the basil dish was a bit heavy on oil. "The 3. 🔥NEW🔥钟水饺 Szechuan Dumpling（10） (Pork Dumpling with Napa Cabbage) sum were not spicy at all, and was missing that chewy texture and was slightly soggy. The sauce they were in was more of regular mild vinegar soy flavor just topped with a little chili oil. The filling was proportionate to the size of dumpling however they lacked flavor and could have used some salt or msg. The 2. Chicken Wings were not tender and was hard to get off the bone and the skin was almost inedible and could benefit from a longer cook time or prior marinating/tenderizing. The way that it was packaged did not allow the steam to vent which made the crispy skin soggy. They were also flavorless by themselves. The onion, garlic and jalapeño topping was the only thing that saved this dish. Unfortunately I will not be ordering again."
