"Varam is a new Indian place, haven't tried in person, but just tried on Door dash for the first time. I ordered two Biryanis and loved them both! The Golconda Kofta Biryani is amazing! This biryani had minced goat koftas shaped around a hard boiled egg (think Scotch eggs, if you don't know what a kofta is). The kofta is pretty large and you get two kofte in the dish. The biryani was very flavorful and also spicy, and the minced goat was incredibly delicious and tender. Loved it, will definitely order again. The Potlam Chicken Biryani was also super delicious, it's an egg-wrapped biryani with spicy boneless chicken pieces. Also very good, the chicken was tender and juicy.
