"had a bit of a mishap with my order which is the reason for my 4 star. I got the Classic Matcha Latte with brown sugar honey boba and a Fruit/Lemon Tart. Ive order from this bakery many times and the quality truly never misses. The matcha is high quality and the honey boba has the perfect texture without being too sweet at all! Mishaps like the one I experienced today rarely ever happen. I can safely rate this place a 5 star and would recommend giving them a try :) "

"I've ordered a few times now from Andersen bakery and I love their baked goods and their customer service. I was a bit disappointed this time when I received my 2 apple pie pastries and a Margherita pastry. The 2 apple pies were just put in ghe paper bag without being put in a pastry bag and the bag was just scotch taped shut. This is the first time this has happened and the apple pies were smaller than normal even though I paid full price. Hopefully this is not the way it's going to be from now on. Because they see very nice and the pastries are very good. I just don't like the idea that it's not securely closed like usual."
