One area that could really use improvement is packaging. I order pretty regularly from the Bay View store, and the bags are often unsealed, sometimes arrive open, and the small stopper for the lid is only included occasionally which results in spills. The only sort of downside I've had is that the fries are usually on the softer, almost soggy side and cold.
