"The shrimp biryani, to which I added lamb, was absolutely delicious. The shrimp wer plentiful,a good size, and very tender. Would definitely order it again. The baked chicken wings are reminiscent of southern fried chicken, and keep well for meals the next day. We order a dozen plain Naan, keep them carefully wrapped, and eat them for breakfast and lunch over several days. The orange chicken is my daughter's favorite, and she loved it as usual. All of these are on repeat for us to order again!"
"Very good Indian cuisine in this area! Highly consistent. Takes special requests... Packaged and presented well. You can rest assured your dishes will show up, as ordered, for one or for 10+. We have done both with much success! Butter Chicken, all Britain's, Samosa's etc. All excellent!"

"The food is so good! The falooda is expensive, but soooo worth it if you want to splurge. The samosas are fresh and better than other samosas in the area. I'd highly recommend this place."
"Food is always on point! One of my favorite Indian restaurants in the area. I recommend the Chole Bhature, Cut Mirchi, and Gobi Manchurian (though that's better fresh dining in rather than takeout). "

"The Malai Kofta was very good and came w 5 large tasty pieces in it accompanied w rice.
Mysore masala dosa is a favorite - coated w a chili sauce inside and filledw spicy potatoes.
The Dahi Vada was chewy, creamy, sweet, bitter, and crunchy.
The Butter naan came wrapped in its own little warming tray so that the bread was warm and fresh when opened, a great idea! See pics.
I door dashed my order at lunch time and received it quickly and nicely packaged. It was my firsttime ordering from Honest and will definitely order from them again. I'm eager to try more of their dishes. Great vegetarian food."

"Ordered from Desi Flame Grill on DoorDash and seriously, everything was so good. The medium chicken tikka masala was exactly how I like it, and the garlic naan and samosas were amazing. I even accidentally ordered the wrong thing on DoorDash, called the restaurant, and they were nice enough to switch it out for me. That alone says a lot about their customer service. They have some really good deals on DoorDash too. Great food, great people, and they’ve definitely earned a customer for life. Can’t recommend them enough!"
"Butter Chicken was okay, not enough sauce. Saag Paneer wasn't enough "cheese" and too watery. Portions were great though. Basamati rice and Biryani Rice were tasteful, along with Cheese Gralic Naan. Mango Lassi was also really good but they did not honor the buy 1 get 1 free offer on the doordash app."

"Love this place. I have only tried twice but both times my food came hot, fresh and fast. The King Prawn vindaloo and the chicken vindaloo very good. You get a lot of food for the price IMO. Maybe too much rice but not complaining. I plan to try many other dishes and hope the quality remains. "

"Have ordered chicken tikka masala, bhuna, tandoori chicken, vindaloo, etc. I am a white American and this place is so good! It introduced me to the delicious world that is Indian food, and is not only reasonably priced for big portions, but is also the best place around(ive tried nearly all of them). This place tops it!"
"Aloo Mutter has been phenomenal each time I've ordered it. Vegetable Somosa are crisp and fluffy with wonderful flavor. The Chicken Manchurian has a rich and perfectly spicy flavor even at mild, which is amazing for someone who loves spicy foods but has been restricted due to medical issues. The Garlic Naan was the perfect balance between flavorful and chewy. This is hands down my new favorite place to order Indian. "

"We ordered our usual of Chicken Tikka Masala and Palak Paneer, which were so flavorful and had lots of chicken and cheese, respectfully, compared to other places we've ordered. "This food is amazing! They weren't stingy with the meat in the curry or the vindaloo, or with the paneer, everything tasted really rich and flavorful - I ordered stuff mild and medium since I had never gotten food from here before and it was all appropriate spice levels, the samosas are a really good size and they give a good amount of rice and tamarind sauce. Love how tender the lamb was, delicious. Much better than Madina or Deshi in my opinion."
"It taste pretty good but I did see a review saying it wasn't that spicy and it wasn't the portion is decent, but it definitely is small for $15. I've ordered from other stores and they've given me two of the same portion for the same price. I don't think I will order from it again only because the size the rice was pretty small too in a smaller container and other places normally give you a lot of rice if they're gonna give you a little bit of chicken and butter chicken What is good but pork is small and spice level not fully there"

"The Chicken Tikka Masala was so flavorful and they actually provided a good amount of chicken! My entree was so filling. Only thinks Iwas surp about was that I wasn't provided with the option to choose the spice level for my dish (possibly just not an option through the DoorDash app?). The veggie samosas were also tasty, but the outside was not crunchy. The mango lassi was a little more "yogurty" than I am used to, but it was tasty enoughfor me to finish it off with dinner. Overall my meal was very satisfying and im so excited about the fact that I have leftovers!!"

"Butter Chicken was tops as always. I enjoyed the Cauliflower and potato masala but my partner thought it had too much cilantro aka coriander (not sure if that's usually in there but cilantro tastes soapy to them so if you're sensitive as well: heads up) and the Bhautra (2) was an awesome treat (I say treat only because I enjoyed it so much) spice was great, rice was fresh. I've been more careful about spending $ on orders but this was worth it"
"Overall there are MANY far better Indian options in the area. Butter Chicken was WAY too runny for my taste. Flavor was ok. Samosas didn't come with any dipping sauces, so they were not really enjoyable dry. Also a bit too spicy for my taste. Naan was meh...not terrible, but I have WAY better. Mango chutney was honestly the worst part. $2.99 for a 2oz cup is absolutely outrageous in my opinion. Not worth it. Overall it was edible, but I absolutely will not order again. "

"I have never been disappointed with an order from Detroit eatery. The food is always fresh, portions are generous, flavor is rich, and there is always more than enough. I had the New York Style Lamb Rice Platter tonight, and the rice was fluffy, the lamb was moist, and the lettuce crunchy. I love that there is now an option to have the sauces on the side so I can decide how much I want to put on. Watch out for that red sauce it's spicy!"
"The piece of Tres Leches Cake (Mexican Milk Cake) was HUGE and absolutely delicious.
And the Chili Garlic 65 Chicken is a 10/10"

"Ordered Chicken Biryani 24oz biryani a few days ago and it was disappointing, but today’s order was good and tasty. Hope the quality & quantity stays consistent."
"The biriyani was overpriced for what was served. The portion size was noticeably smaller compared to other restaurants, making it poor value for money. While the taste was decent, it didn’t justify the high price or limited quantity."

"Every time I order from here I always say WOW!! I swear I have never had more flavorful biryani in my life. they must've given me double portions this time, the box was so heavy, can't beat that value!!! If you're like me and LOVE extreme spice, make sure you ask for it "Indian Spicy+++++"! They made it absolutely perfect spicy wise after saying that haha!!!
BEST INDIAN FOOD IN TOWN!!!"
"food was really good. the beef korma had some whole nuts in it, in case there are any allergies. the chicken 65 is really good a bit sweet in gravy and the haleem had a good amount of meat in it and came with toppings (not pictured)
the pictures were taken after we already ate but the serving size was fully given."

"This is the GEM of the tri-county Detroit area!!! If you've EVER been on the fence about Indian food- you must try this. And if you have EVER liked/loved authentic Indian cuisine- you MUST try this! It is quite honestly the BEST my husband and I have ever had, with all our travels combined!!Our toddler and two older children thoroughly finished their plates , and my oldest came back for more of my butter chicken(PHENOMENAL!!!) just so he could dip more of the naan into the sauce. The butter chicken is my personal favorite. The lamb is cooked to perfection, and I strongly recommend trying all the varieties of naan along with your meal. Desserts are perfectly portioned and the value is incredible. The staff is so kind and know how to expeditiously prep your order.
We will be keeping this spot on heavy rotation as they offer quite the value, excellent service, and an authentic flavor we've ever had.

"I've driven by many times because it's so close to Kalibari Temple but today I stopped for lunch and it was the best mutter paneer I've ever eaten! My older brother had the lamb curry and everything was better than excellent. I have a new favorite lunch spot now. "
"most of the food was good but bone inside of Lamb Tikka Masala is weird and horrible to find out by biting into what you think is a cute up peice of lamb meat. And the quantity of bone is insane half of my meat was bone so I pretty much got sauced rice"

"Chose Mild Spice (heat) for everything. Ample Pint sized portions with a side of fluffy rice. Malai Kofta is an herbed dumpling in a rich velvety kiss of yellow coconut curry sauce. Aloo Matar & Gobi is a yummy red curry veggie medley. The Chef Mix Platter for 2 spice level has a tetch more heat-but is a nice appetizer sampler. The Mawa-Chom-Chom is a warm, soft and spongy, mildly sweet, farmers cheese roll. The Mango Lassi is a creamy sweet smoothy. "
"I've dined in and ordered takeout out, and in both cases I've been disappointed by the portions relative to the price. The butter chicken doesn't taste like it has any strained yogurt. It also doesn't come with much chicken, especially for the price! Additionally I was very excited for the GF naan but it doesn't have a naan texture. It's dense and chewy? The price of 5$ for a piece of bread felt a bit steep. I understand it's a specialty item though."

"The mixed biryani was really good and very similar to Bismillah's biryani actually, but it is cheaper here and I enjoyed it more! It does come with a little bit of salad too. The pani puri was good too! Would try more food from here :) Check out my review on IG food blog and for other foodie recs: @samihasaidit "
"Really disappointed with this Beef Biryani. It was honestly the worst I’ve ever ordered. There was barely any meat — mostly just bones — and it felt like a complete waste of money. The taste was average, but the portion quality was unacceptable. I expected proper pieces of meat, not just bones. Won’t be ordering again. Packaging was verypoor as well."

"Both were some of the best curry dishes I've had the sauces were so flavorful and perfect medium spice levels that's the pros the cons is that I had literally had two pieces of meat in each they were both goat curry dishes full of potatoes no meat so that sucked they are definitely tight on the protein I would have just ordered vegetable curry instead "
"ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! The portion sizes were great, the freshness was top notch and I will definitely order again! Their 25. Butter Chicken wasto die for and their 121. Garlic Naan was so good I had to force myself to stop eating it! The 105. Tandoori Chicken (6) was fresh and cooked to perfection and the size was great for two people or one very hungry man. The 10. Chicken 65 was a delightful change and I really enjoyed. Everything was about medium spicy accept for the 25. Butter Chicken and the 121. Garlic Naan which had no hot spices at all but were VERY flavorful! 10 out of 10! Great job guys!"

"Best Chicken 65 ever. So spicy and delicious. "
"Not bad but, not great. Ive been craving Chicken Biryani so I thought I'd try it. Flavored was good, spicy was nice (I ordered mild and it still had a little kick) but it was incredibly dry. The cucumber raita was nice too. Garlic Naan was delicious but lacking the buttery top as seen in the pictures. The Vegetable Samosa was REALLY what I was craving but they were disappointing. Not the traditional samosas I've had before. The samosa dough wasn't the same and the filling I've had in the past had chunks of potato and peas. This was not spiced and it has maybe 2 peas and no potato. Nonetheless, it was good enough for work lunch and there is plenty to take home for later. A solid 7.5/10"

"Naga hotdog and Amar hotdog are not worth $6+ each. Their prices have dramatically increased, unfortunately the quality hasn't. Their hotdogs used to be $2.50-3.00. Costco's $1.50 hotdog is better than what I got. "

"The Samoon Bread here is the best! I get the Honest Bowls everytime I come here. Service is always polite and quick. Food is always good. When delivered it does seem like their food lids always warp a little bit from the heat but nothing is ever spilled, at least for me. Persoally id rather get my food hot anyway!
