"I typically do not leave reviews, whether an experience is good or bad, but this time I felt compelled to because of how unbelievably poor this order was.
The egg and cheese sandwich was completely ruined by the bread being burnt. Not lightly toasted or slightly overdone—burnt. The first thing I tasted was charred bread, which made the sandwich unpleasant to eat from the start.
The tuna sub was somehow even worse. The sauce was thrown on so carelessly that it leaked through the entire sandwich wrapper and soaked through the bag. By the time I got it, it looked like it had been tossed around with no regard for presentation or quality. It was messy, sloppy, and frustrating to deal with.
What really surprised me was the complete lack of consistency. One half of the sub had virtually no cheese on it at all, while the other half had an excessive amount. It honestly felt like two different people made each half without paying attention to what they were doing. Basic quality control seemed completely absent.
I’ve ordered plenty of sandwiches from different places and understand that mistakes happen, but this wasn’t a small mistake. The entire order felt rushed, careless, and poorly prepared. When customers pay for food, they expect at least the basics to be done correctly. Unfortunately, this order missed the mark in almost every way possible.
I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt others should know what to expect. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues because the quality of this order was unacceptable."

"I would definitely order this Grilled Chicken Breakfast Burrito Meal again. The burrito was so soft and flavorful and I added the fire roasted salsa, which was a great choice. It's a very nice portion for the price. My friend got the French Toast Sticks which were good without the syrup to me. I think the maple syrup was just okay and the cookie butter dip tasted a bit too sweet/processed. The French Toast Sticks were crispy on the outside soft and cinnamon flavored inside, so the added powdered sugar was enough for me. He gave them two thumbs up. Back to the burrito...10 out of 10 one of the best breakfast burritos I've had. The tots were good too."
