We get the standard chicken but you can substitute 1 chicken for 2 koubedeh for a few more dollars which is pretty good. My favorite substitutions are the salmon if im being fancy or the tofu (YES THE TOFU IS DELICIOUS AND TOTALLY WORTH IT).
For the carb side, I like the bulgar wheat which is flavorful of the brown rice. The salad yoycant go wrong with any but upgrading to the date salad is actually yummy.

The Falafel serving size was huge for a side(I think 6). Chicken was great. Their sauces (spicy cilantro and garlic yogurt) are incredible! The only thing I would change is the Saffron Rice. "I had both the Avgolemono Soup and it tasted more like chicken noodle soup. With carrots, green onions parsley, etc. Not a hint of the creamy egg lemon flavor that is avgolemono.
I am Iranian and I do not recommend the fesenjan. It's tart, a little watery. Tadig was covered in sesame seeds and was not fond of that. Go to restaurant that focuses on only Persian food if you are looking to have any dish that isn't kabob."
