The fried were cold and hard as well. One burger was as expected. The other was disappointing swimming in ketchup and at least 1 of the Patties wasn't turned while cooking. It was only being so thin one could argue raw vs rare. pretty sad $35 for fast food. Not even able to add beverages because of costs and that is WITH a 50% off coupon. I need to find another once in while treat. This experience was hotrible"
