The Penang curry had the wrong protein in it and is bland lacking flavor the pad Thai taste like American barbecue sauce the vinegar kind the chicken satay was delicious but the peanut butter sauce was runny not thick. Maybe it's an off day or maybe this chef's recipes are just different. The food was fresh. The vegetables were gorgeous. "This is EXACTLY what Chicago Tavern style pizza tastes like. I haven't found anything close to it since I moved here. I ordered the build your own pizza with homemade sausage, onion, and mushroom. The crust is perfectly thin and crispy, the middle pieces are not soggy, the homemade sausage is authentic, the sauce is tangy, and the cheese perfectly brown on top. The portion is excellent. I also got the homemade Spicy Gard. Don't skip out on that! The tiramisu taste like authentic good tiramisu. Will definitely be ordering this over and over and over."
