I had almost given up on ramen restaurants in this city because I personally have found them to be over hyped and overpriced for average quality. The Tonkatsu broth was rich, creamy, and flavorful. The butter they added to it just took it to the next level. Especially with the corn. The chashu pork was cooked perfectly and had a nice little smokey char on the edge. "This was SO GOOD. I love Korean short ribs but they are expensive. The Kal-Bi was so worth it. A generous portion for sure. So tender, great quality. The macaroni salad is super tasty. There were no jalapenos when it should have had them or red lettuce(i assume that to be kimchi), and for some reason the fish was super slimy. I literally had to spit it out of my mouth and couldnt finish it. There were also way too many onions. They overpowered the taste of the other ingredients. Maybe this just isn't my kind of restaurant , but i wont be ordering here again for the price they charge. Not very satisfying, and slightly disgusting."
