"I’m disappointed with my recent Chick-fil-A order placed through DoorDash. Unfortunately, the order arrived cold, and the 30-count nuggets I paid for was incorrect.
Instead of receiving 30 nuggets, there were only 24 in the box. To make matters worse, about six of those pieces were mostly batter with very little chicken, so there wasn’t enough food for my kids and me as planned. I ended up eating only a few nuggets and then had to find something else to eat because there wasn’t enough chicken for everyone.
The nugget box was also noticeably crushed and beat up when it arrived, which only added to the poor experience.
Our family usually prefers to drive to Chick-fil-A because the food is consistently fresh and the orders are accurate. The only reason I used DoorDash this time was because of our kids’ schedule.
