"The chicken in the Chicken & Waffle are chicken fingers looking like the 4 piece basket one would buy at DQ👎🏻. For 23 dollars I was expecting at least one big fresh fried chicken thigh or 2, like KFC fried chicken. So prepare yourself for a visual kind of a bummer. Gotta admit it was tasty though! Won't buy that again unfortunately due to their false marketing what chicken & waffles truly are. Just call it what it is, 4 piece chicken fingers on top of a waffle (the waffle was chewy soft and delicious by the way). As an aside, their Thick-Cut Bacon is the best bacon I've tasted in Victoria"
"The Big Swell Stack Breakfast is delicious, fresh, and a decent portion. The gluten free pancakes are also RARE to fin on a menu. ❤️ I'll order this again!"

"Had to put it in the oven as it was quite cold but it was good. This was the second time I've had it. I prefer the crust more golden but love the crust, fresh mushrooms and the garlic. Wish you had more veggie pizzas
Love all the scones . Had the blueberry lemon. So good!"
"this is not a variety of different scones in fact I couldn't figure out why it kept asking me to choose my favorites I thought maybe you only had a selection of five left and I was going to get two of one flavor but I got six of the same flavor which isn't going to work for me not for $18 I freezed them in little containers so I have a scone with my tea. The problem is the flavor I got which looks to be like raspberry cream cheese was flavorful but I don't want to eat one everyday for the next 5 days I would like my actual order delivered and exchanged for whatever received"

"Exceptional cake, beautiful and moist. The most delicious London Fog. This place is such a delightful discovery. My favourite treat when I'm in town."
"The White Chocolate Matcha Latte was very tasty, but didn't arrive full in its already small size. Realllly overpriced for what it is.
Breakfast Cookie (gf/v) didn't have a description of what was in the cookie, so I went off what I could see- it looked like an oatmeal cookie, with chocolate chips? Maybe raisins? I figured since it was a breakfast cookie there would be a crunchy cereal texture too, which is what I was craving. It came much smaller than expected in the shape of a small hockey puck, and was basically granola. Very gritty and not reminiscent of a cookie. Will not be ordering again. "

"Great place to get a hearty breakfast! Prices might look a bit expensive at first glance, but these aren't tiny pancakes, they're BIG, and they're really good at that. Probably that goes for the other menu items too, though I haven't tried them yet.
If you want a nice, filling breakfast, this is definitely a good pick!"
"This is my first time ordering Cora's on DD, everything came warm and the side of Hollandaise sauce is a very generous portion for the price! The Burrito crêpe is honestly quite large, much bigger than I was expecting. The only thing I'm disappointed in is the Raspberry pina colada, for the price I was expecting something larger. This is a size I'd give my child, but the flavour is great."

"Generous portion on the Cinnamon Bun (Glaze Icing) and the London Fog was perfect. Would definitely order again."
"Tasty and well made.
Portion is quite reasonable at the price, though not over generous.
In regards to freshness, my only concern is that the decision to heat the cheese and the hash browns together means that during the inevitable delivery cooldown it congeals unpleasantly in terms of texture. Still tasty, however. The greens used as a bed were crisp and tasty, full points.
The eggs had cooled somewhat (as is reality) but were perfect.
The cortado was excellent. I need to learn how to make these.
My only real complaint is that they took a surprisingly long time to make the food, such that the actual delivery person had to stand there waiting for about 10-12 minutes waiting for them to get the food ready for him after he arrived (they actually messaged me while standing there to let me know what the hold-up was) . This is more an issue with the system in general, however, and also suggests that they are popular and prioritize freshness, only starting the order when they get confirmation of the pickup. But that's speculation.
I have every intention of ordering from them again and recommend them to others.

"Best chips in town. Fish ruined with onion powder in batter. You open the box you smell onion. You taste the fish you taste onion. "A-2 Lorraine and Mocha were delicious. Consistent, high-quality food with delightful staff."
"I have never tried chestnuts or chestnut flavour and I never would have thought to pair peaches with them so I had to try the Chataigne and OH MY GOODNESS am I ever glad I did!
It definitely needed the chantilly cream but the flavours complemented each other so well and it wasn't overly sweet. This crêpe is an example of what sets Joie so far above any chain restaurant.
