They still skimped on the tuna, but not quite as bad as last time. This roll used to be perfection, and now it's just a little disappointing. "Oh WOW, this place is actually unreal….I have been searching for my new sushi restaurant since moving back home. I’ve tried several places with no luck….then I ordered from here. 🤤as soon as I took my first bite of dynamite roll-I knew. I’ve been looking for that fresh type of sushi I love, this is IT. Rolls that aren't overly ricey, just the right amount, and perfectly seasoned.
Nice folks too-the lady there was lovely enough to give me a taster of something called their ‘KFC’…ho-ly. I don’t know what’s in that sauce, but I found out they make all their own, which is prob why it was so tasty!

Fried Noodles/udon are udon with assorted veg (broccoli, green onion, bean sprouts) and your choice of protein. I chose shrimp which came juicy and perfectly cooked (even delivered). only note is that the shrimp seem to be lightly battered and ended up being soggy. this wasn't a problem as the coating was so light, it wasn't noticeable. The portion size was huge too. I almost couldn't finish it.
The sushi items I ordered (Salmon / 6 Pcs , Ika Nigiri / 2 Pcs , Salmon (Atlantic) Nigiri / 2 Pcs ) were all made fresh to order and delicious. you can tell care and attention goes into the sushi as the garnish is not your cookie cutter sushi joint "plastic grass" and iceberg lettuce. There were fresh micro greens, and little cherry tomatoes.
