The scrambled eggs were perfect (not over-cooked). The bacon was thick, crispy, and flavorful (not stringy or underdone). The cheddar cheese added the perfect touch to pull it all together. I also ordered the potatoes on the side, which are whole and tender with a tasty salty, peppery seasoning on the outside.
The (3) Lil Dipper Hotcakes were just the right amount of sweetness to balance out all the salty items I ordered. Each one is thick and about 3" round, served with a good syrup.
