Being someone who enjoys a good Mexican dish, I do have my favorite dishes and a good chimichanga is definitely at the top of the list. This this was enormous! perfectly cooked, great flavor, flakey shell, just all around fantastic!! the Queso was a pleasant surprise also, I usually only expect some good cheese with some type of Pico or other flavors mixed in, nothing to fancy as it's just a side cooked for the masses. let me tell ya, I was wrong on that one too. when I opened the little bowl the cheese was still warm and gooey, not hard or crusting over, really good flavor in the cheese and actually a little spicy like it's got chilies instead of Pico. So very good all the way around! I will definitely be ordering again and look forward to trying something new next time."

"This is the first time that I used Door Dash to deliver food from Truman's. Everything was delivered on time. Normally we eat at the restaurant or pick it up ourselves. Our Door Dasher was a pleasant young lady.
When the food arrived, it was warm but not hot. That's to be somewhat expected though. The large portion of onion rings were the thin type that I prefer. They tasted delicious and were only slightly greasy from the ride to my house. The 10 inch Podolak pizza looked like a work of art. It was very colorful because, it had so many pretty red peppers, red onions, Graziano's sausage, pepperoni and even pineapple. The red onions were very fresh and crisp.
In the past we have ordered onion rings, the Philly Cheesesteak Pizza and the Meatball Marinara pizza. My absolute favorite is the Philly Cheesesteak pizza. If you want the larger 14 inch pizza be sure to specify that when ordering.

"The Margherita Pizza arrived cold even though it was supposedly still being prepared when my Dasher arrived, and it only took him about 5 minutes to get here after picking up my order.
The sauce was watery, the cheese was pretty sparse, and the crust accounted for most of the taste. That said, I could make out what might've been a decent pizza had it been better prepared and delivered warm. It honestly tasted like it'd been finished hours before. And unfortunately putting it in the microwave just turned it into a soggy mess.
Everything included in the Dessert Trio was pretty good- the mini cannoli was great. The cheesecake was good, the tiramisu was okay. However, it cost $14.99 for a sliver of tiramisu, a tiny slice of cheesecake, and a cannoli the size of my thumb... all considerably smaller than shown in the photo.
Not worth the money and not worth the wait. Except for the cannoli.

"the Snickers Bar Latte was awesome per usual, it was still warm when it was delivered and was true to size and flavor. Tuscan Turkey Panini was good, I paid extra to add tomatoes but didnt get much so I don't feel like that was worth the extra charge. I did request the kettle chips instead of the chips and salsa but they still sent me chips and salsa - the chips are average, the salsa is pretty much tomato paste with some flavor."

"I usually get fabulous food from District 36, but this wasn't one of the best. The steak was a bit tough, there weren't many mushrooms and it could have used more sauce. Add that the driver drove around forever with other orders despite the restaurant being 2 blocks away, it wasn't the best.
