The resaurant called me to say they didn't have any of the doughnuts I requested. So they wanted to cancel my order. Which I just asked for whatever they might have instead. She didnt say thankyou or goodbye. She just hung up on me.. great customer service right there. Scottys hasnt been great for a while. Their food isnt great. There’s another place that starts with an ‘S,’ but their food—especially the beans—tastes like it’s straight out of a can. I usually eat at their Vallejo location, so I was excited when they opened here in Benicia! I had the lengua burrito and ate the whole thing in one sitting, plus a carnitas taco and a cabeza taco.
