Their pizza isn't technically Celiac-safe because it is made in a shared oven, but their GF crusts are in their own pans, and they are FABULOUS! For me personally it's well worth the activated charcoal to ward off any reaction to cross-contamination. Their regular pizza is also awesome (from what I remember prior to being diagnosed). They are a small, family-owned restaurant that takes pride in being respectful to their customers and making quality food. The one downside which resulted in the subtraction of a star is that there was so little brisket included. The photos felt deceiving. Not sure if it was purposeful or an oversight because it was a delivery order. I was about to be upset, but the food was just so good.
