The Katsu Ramen may be the best Japanese dish I've ever had - the pork cutlet is perfectly crispy, the curry broth has a real depth of flavor, and the crunchy cabbage and carrots are the perfect foil for the tender ramen noodles. And the soft boiled egg is perfectly cooked and delicious. Plus, my son thoroughly enjoyed the karaage which somehow stays completely crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside despite being packaged and delivered to our door. My cats wouldn't get near it. I diced it and put it out for the community cats, and they only ate half. Overall: Disappointed"
