First off, the dough was burnt around the edges and undercooked in the middle, it was just floppy and sad. The bacon was undercooked and fatty, the ham was in weirdly large cubes, and the rest of the meat was basically flavorless. We paid an extra $2.50 for sun "dried" tomatoes that were cold and soggy like they were just added on at the end, plus they were weirdly large and only like one or two pieces per slice. The "fresh" basil was wilted and flavorless. It was also insulting that a pizza that was less than 12" was $21. The worst part of all was there was just a random piece of thin, wiry plastic randomly in the middle of the pizza. The garlic knots were the only thing that made this meal not entirely depressing. First off, they aren't knots, they're rolls and the flavor was good (if you mess up garlic and parmesean you don't deserve to run a restaurant) but they were cold and stale like they just have a ton sitting around ready and waiting to be ordered. This entire experience was awful from start to finish and if this is how their quality is going to be on a Saturday night then I don't care to ever go back to try ever again. It makes no sense to me how this place has such good reviews, this was literally the worst pizza I have ever ordered. It's strange that the menu is Italian but its actually Cuban. Please do not let the good reviews fool you, DO NOT EAT HERE. Not worth my money"

"The Casavana breakfast was delicious. My Sister and I ate one and we enjoyed it. The scrambled eggs and pancakes were fluffy. We had more than enough syrup, butter and jam given to us. The ham was yummy. This was a lot of food for the money, enough that we didn't have enough stomach space to finish the tostadas. (Saving those for later!) I have the Caesar Salad in the fridge for later and the empanada in the microwave for a mid-day snack! The only feedback is that the cafe con leche was very strong and we needed to put quite a bit of sugar to get it just right. I recommend 5 to 6 sugar packs that they give you to make it as delicious as mom or abuela makes it! Also, the tostadas were a little on the colder side. Nothing a 10 to 15 seconds in the microwave can't fix, but I wanted to include it to keep this review honest. Overall, lots of good tasting food at good price. "
