The picanha cut is a favorite of Gustavo Tosta (Gugu Foods YouTube channel), though in his case he's talking about the top sirloin cut of beef, TdB offers this, also. I've been to this restaurant in the past, both the fall of 2000 and 2005. At that time they had a much more extensive side selection. As I recall, a lot of customers just ordered the all you could eat sides, with no accompanying meats. At least on their Doordash menu the side selection is very sparse, especially if you're ketoing. "First time trying Pizza Patron and it was actually pretty good! The pizza was fresh and had good flavor. It’s not the best pizza I’ve ever had, but I would definitely order it again. And one thing I CAN say—it’s BETTER than CiCi’s Pizza! 😂🍕 The Bavarian Cream Churro was really good too—the creamy filling was my favorite part. Overall, not bad for my first try!
