"The food is always ALWAYS delicious!!! Awesome bagels and breakfast sandwiches! This is the first time there's ever been a "mix up". My BEC came on an "everything" bagel, and I ordered "onion"....... Not a big deal for me today because, while I do not like everything bagels, it went alright with the BEC. I feel dumb even mentioning it, tbh!! But if I'd gotten just a bagel with cream cheese, I wouldn't have eaten it. And a minor mix up can be a very big deal for people with food allergies... Majority of the time a hit, however today I placed an order on doordash and my sandwich included banana peppers. once i arrived to the store they told me that they were out of the peppers and asked if i wanted to sweet peppers. I said no, I asked will since it was a $1 can I get a drink instead or my money back and the girl told me no. I don’t care how small the amount is, I should get what I paid for or my money back. "Good, bad and ugly. Good: The fries that came with the Fried Seafood Platter were great. The Crack Fire Chicken Bites were tasty overall, but dry. Would have been better with bigger pieces maybe. The wife and I both thought it would have been better with the wasabi sauce that came with the Chicken Teriyaki Dumplings. Bad: The 16" Pie Fig & Prosciutto was overly dense, overly sweet and had diced dry figs. The prosciutto and the arugula on it was ok. Ugly: Fried Seafood Platter. For $35 you get one piece of chicken nugget sized salmon, one chicken nugget sized piece of cod, four " jumbo" shrimp that were large at best and 2 scallops. All served with plenty of fries. Wasn't horrible tasting, but left me feeling like I was robbed. If it was served without fries, it it would barely be app sized. Our second attempt more than 1 year apart. Wont be going back that way. "

"By mistake I ordered a slice of the grandma pie as opposed to the whole pie. I called and instead of putting me on the back end, they made a pie for me and within 30 mts it was here. On a Friday night too! They make the best sautéed broccoli also. I cut it up and add pasta to the broccoli. The garlic is perfectly browned as if I made it myself. "I was *EXTREMELY* happy and pleased with my order from Empire Bagels today. The Create Your Own Omelet was jam-packed with turkey, bacon, and Swiss cheese, and it was rather filling all by itself. The side of homefries it came with was a decent portion, and I really liked the taste of them as well. The Iced Latte was perfect to me; strong flavor without any bitterness whatsoever, and I thought it was a fair price to pay for the quality I received. Lastly, I wanted to point out that I ordered 8x Build Your Own Sandwiches as a method for me to purchase 8x hard rolls *only* (as I made no other choices for ingredients, fillings, or condiments) and to my pleasant surprise, Empire Bagels gladly fulfilled my request!
