One thing worth mentioning is when you order in the restaurant, you get 5 or 6 onion rings on top of the dish, more like a garnish than a side. this came with a smaller container of Onion Strings which was equivalent to half of a regular order of onion strings. I am definitely not complaining, however next time I order I'll skip the extra side of strings and get a dessert. The driver was on time and all containers were clearly labeled as gluten free."

"I want to start by saying that previously we have always loved everything we order from Katz, with that said we haven't ordered from here in a few months so I was unaware that they had changed their chicken tenders. They are now made fresh which would be fine for most people but my autistic child who specifically asked for these was not happy & refused to eat them. They were very large & pretty bland however they were not dry at all. I don't know if they also changed their fries but they were also different than previous orders, they were rather soggy & also very bland. I'm sure this change won't be a problem for others but it was for us.

"I've always been a huge fan of the Chicken Caesar Wrap , however they aren't consistent with the taste or quality. The one that I ordered today barely had any cesar dressing, it's very dry and the chicken is burnt. So each bite is really hard to get down and requires a sip of my drink to literally help it go down.
With the huge increase in price, I believe it used to be $14 and it's now $17, it's just hard to justify ordering something that is a hit or miss.
I don't usually get the fries, so I can't 100% remember how they were previously, but they are bland and soggy this time around. I had to add my own camp mix seasoning to them so they would have some flavor, but I'm not a fan of this style frie, because they are notoriously soggy.
All in all, this was a huge miss and not worth the amount of money it costs."
