I love this restaurant, but the nigiri definitely needs to be portioned smaller with the same number of pieces in a meal. Smaller pieces of fish and portions of seasoned rice would probably make this the number sushi restaurant on the west side of the coast. The fish was soggy. The shrimp were rubbery and overcooked. The onion rings were cold, and the oysters was OK. For the amount of money that I paid for that plate I was expecting something far better than what I had experienced today simply because the crabcake Poboy was about a 7.5 maybe a 6.5 out of 10, but you can't win them all my overall experience today I would have to say was a 4.5. It'll probably be a long time if I ever go there again. I wish I would've taken a picture of the soggy fish and the overcooked shrimp before I threw it in the trash."

It is both light & fluffy but also sweet & salty with just enough of a hint of a butteriness- it is both FASCINATING & DELICIOUS.
