Unfortunately for me, my order was either missing salsa or I had to specify that I wanted salsa with it; nonetheless, I would recommend it. The bun was perfectly toasted for a torta. A tad crunchy while maintaining a soft and subtle moistness on the inside. Again, it's VERY subtle, which is nice because I don't want a dry torta.
The veggies included slightly pickled red onions, lettuce, and pico de gallo (on the side). I am a big fan of pickled red onions, but they didn't work for this torta for me. The pico isn't spicy at all, but it definitely added a nice, refreshing bite. There is avocado already on it, as well as cheese (cotija?).
Be sure to eat it quickly

The gyro was not just greasy from being cooked in an oven like a pizza and then folded in half, it also had onions and tomatoes on it which I had ordered to be without those.
