"My first time trying Piza Kama and I was blown away! I got the margherita pizza (always the truest test with Neapolitan style pizza) and I also ordered the simple salad with baby arugula with fresh lemon, olive oil and salt and pepper, and everything was PERFECT. The crust is scratch made and was chewy, thin, and perfectly cooked the whole way through. The pizza is cooked in a stone fired oven, and the ingredients were all so fresh! Loved the not-sweet sauce (I am not a fan of sweeter pizza sauces), and I already am craving it again. You could tell when you get it this is scratch made dough and pizza and doesn’t look like every other pizza you get from the chain’s. The ”simple salad” was just that, very simple. It was made with very fresh baby arugula, and a light and tangy dressing simply made of lemon juice, olive oil and salt and pepper. If you are looking for a traditional Caesar or Italian dressing this is not it, but it was clean and fresh and tangy and perfect for me.
