And this place DELIVERS. The sauces are perfect; the Chicken Tikka Masala is thick with spices, both chutney that came with the Veg Samosa are perfect, the samosas themselves are crispy and fresh. Bringing a sauce of any kind to the table correctly can exhaust a kitchen- but they do not get exhausted here. This is what they do, and they do it best. Their rice is fluffy and prepared on point. It is all made fresh, there is no question. The Garli Naan is incredible. Most other places, it would dry out immediately. Not this restaurant. Their Butter Naan and Butter Naan hold their rich flavor and doughy grilled texture until the next day. I ordered all these things last night, and it was beyond words I can articulate to describe how amazing everything tasted and satisfied.
