"As someone who proudly participates in Colorado’s recreational festivities, I take my BBQ runs very seriously. That’s exactly how I found myself ordering what can only be described as a champion-level spread from GQue BBQ: ribs, wings, mac and cheese, cole slaw, and onion rings.
Let me start by saying the ribs and mac & cheese were so good that I demolished them immediately. The onion rings were crispy, golden, and absolutely doing their job — I made it halfway through before realizing I might have made a strategic overcommitment.
Then… the inevitable happened. Somewhere between “this is amazing” and “maybe just one more onion ring,” I fell asleep.
Now here’s where GQue really shines.
When I woke up later, slightly confused but still very happy to be a Colorado resident, I remembered: I still had wings, cole slaw, and onion rings waiting for me. It was like my past self had packed a surprise care package for my future self.
Round two was just as good as round one. The wings were fantastic, the slaw was fresh and balanced, and the onion rings still held their own.
So not only does GQue BBQ make food good enough to knock you out mid-meal… it also makes leftovers you’ll wake up excited about.

The cost was way to high for what it was. I could have bought 3 premium frozen pizzas for the same price. To say it was disappointing is an understatement.
