"Pho Ga broth is very deep and rich. The heat compresses the noodles into a block. Run the block of noodle through cold water to separate them then heat up the soup and noodles."
"This has to be the worst "Beef stew" in the country. I paid for a large plus extra for additional meat and rice. They are so cheap that they just added more broth into two containers, a quarter dish of rice, large piece of fat and a sliver of meat in each container"

"The garlic noodles are my favorite, this time with vegetables, though all the other versions are very good. I particularly like the way the veggies are crisp cooked, and there is a healthy amount and variety. Sometimes I like to add the tofu for a protein."
"Very generous potions.
The Pork Garlic Noodles are tender and perfectly spiced set off by the delicious sauce that's included.
The Five Spice Chicken Vermicelli is crispy the five spice comes out in the flavor just right.

"The Five Stars Rice Plate is one of the best Vietnamese rice plates I've had and I'll be ordering it again. Perfect sampler of pork, chicken, prawns, and their amazing imperial roll. The over easy egg on top of the rice and house fish sauce tied everything together. My favorite desert here is Bánh Kẹp Vietnamese Waffle definitely try it if you love pandan. Taste and freshness is 10/10. I love this place because it's open late also."
"I love the Crab Meat and Tomato Noodle Soup! It's a little different from other Vietnamese restaurants. It comes with shrimp paste which gives it an extra umami taste. It's flavorful broth that I just can't get enough of. Five Spice Chicken and Pate is good but I think the filling to bread ratio is a little off. It could use more meat but I love the bread they use. It's not so hard where it hurts the roof of my mouth. I like Combination Ham and Pate a lot more but I feel the same that it could use more meat to even out the filling to bread ratio. This might be my new go to spot for pho!"

"I order pho at least twice a week, and I will be only ordering from here from now on. I love that the pho noodles come al dente. This makes it perfect when reheated and you can enjoy without the noodles turning to mush, like every other viet restaurant's pho. Also the meat portions are generous."

"Love this place. Lots of choices. The Crab and Asparagus Soup is the real deal, no imitation crab. Same with the crab noodle soup (bun rieu). I love the Hot and Sour Soup Canh Cua, but I wish they would add more of the veggies and pineapple so it's not as salty and sparse. They could throw in some celery as well, like my grandma. You can only order fish or shrimp right now, so it would be nice if they offered combo with both. It would also be great if they offered dinner size (large) that came with white rice."
"I ordered the Pho Tai Beef Noodle Soup and BBQ Beef Spring Rolls BN Cuon (based on another review) for my girlfriend and she absolutely loved it! "Ordered the Grilled Chicken Vermicelli / 烤雞肉米粉 Garlic Noodles and Iced Vietnamese Coffee. All were great! Portions are large, fresh, and tasty! Chicken was grilled perfectly and coffee had that kick I was looking forward too. It's my favorite vietnamese spot in the area. Worth trying for sure! "
"I was not impressed with the food. Both items i ordered weren’t great.
The Grilled Pork Vermicelli / 烤豬肉米粉 was presented beautifully (well packaged beautifully) and was a huge portion, but that’s about it. The grilled pork wasn’t very good quality meat and sliced too thin so it was dry. There was barely enough sauce and no herbs so the flavor overall was lacking. I also paid an extra $1.50 to add eggrolls. It was just 1 pretty small egg roll. They could have put 2.
The Banh mi + drink combo was a disaster. I got cold cut sandwich. There was a lot of meat and pate which was awesome except that i had to pay extra for the pate. I thought it was standard for a combo cold cut banh mi to have pate. There were no green veggies in the sandwich except one TINY sliver of cucumber. You can see for yourself in the photo i included. No cilantro, no jalapeño, just a tiny piece of cucumber. Very disappointing
I would not order from here again as there are way better options in the area.

"Oasis has been a rock-solid part of our pandemic survival. Their barbecued pork is particularly delicious, and I highly recommend the fried imperial rolls."

"Normally love this place but my order on Sunday felt like it was made with stuff that was at the end of its life. Didnt feel fresh, wasnt the typical flat noodle, noodles were mushy by time they arrived. I paid for extra chicken in the pho ga and in total there was 3x small slivers. Basically ate mushy noodles and broth. For $25 it's not worth it. Probably last time I try this place. Better consistency elsewhere. "

"The Rice Noodle with Sliced Rare Beef & Flank came hot & fresh and was delicious! The 2 Fried Eggs, Bacon, Pork Roll was very tasty & the roll very soft, though I thought it was suppose to be put together; it came unassembled but no problem I put it together. All very yummy :)."
"The Rice Noodle with Sliced Rare Beef & Flank is not the best pho in town or anything, but it is as good as most of the other places—and $9 instead of $19. It's a full serving (with plenty left over), unlike some of the newer places. And it comes in separate containers for the broth, noodles+meat, and toppings (which is especially nice if the delivery is late and you want to reheat the broth without cooking the rare beef and the bean sprouts—the restaurant is usually very fast, but none of the delivery services are reliable nowadays…).
Similarly, the Grilled Pork Sandwich is nothing fancy, just a perfectly good standard bahn mi, but where else do you get that for $4.50?
I do wish they put the proper Vietnamese names on the menu (as they do on the other delivery services); it's sometimes a bit hard to guess which English name matches the dish I want. But otherwise, no complaints.
I love Vietnam House, and will definitely order from them again (many more times)."

The shrimp summer rolls were also tasty -- fresh crisp veggies, good ratio of ingredients, peanut sauce was decent.
Delivery was fast (at the start of the time window I'd set)."

"New favorite chicken pho in the city! Very light and flavorful broth, perfect when feeling sick. Also nice to have chicken thigh meat instead of just chicken breast, like many other pho spots. Highly recommend!"
"always a risk trying a new pad thai, but this spot checked all my boxes! on the stickier side, good sweet/spice balance, generous portion with all the fixin's. feel like a lot of spots these days skimp on the shrimp, tofu, egg, or all three, but this one had it all! and the proteins (chicken too) were superrrr flavorful on their own. i'm stoked, le quy is close to my work so i'll definitely be ordering again :)"

"Ordered three items, basil tofu, house special fried rice and the braised pork with preserved vegetables. All of them were delicious. Very generous portions in decent prices. "
"Special ComboPho broth was way, way too sweet. Color was off as well. Pho broth is suppose to be clear. This was frothy. They must have overboiled it or boiled the beef with it which is not how you make pho. Portion was also really small. Viet coffee was good though. "

"I was not expecting what I actually got from here! The presentation is beautiful and the food has so many so many different flavors that all work well together. The portion size is enough to feed a family. Well enough to share. The sauces and sides are incredible. I will definitely order from here again. "
"Serving sizes and prices are in check. Fried Chicken Fried Rice with their Hot Sauce and included sweet sauce was our favorite. Medium heat on Pad Thai was a nice on the tongue but if you really want heat, maybe go one above medium. Only suggestion is to order an extra rice for the curries, provided rice wasn't enough. Good spot!"

"This is the best fried rice, the Crispy Chicken Over Fried Rice, I've ever had. And the Papaya Salad Raw Crab has really good fresh crab. It's very authentic and I'm grateful I've found the go to place for Thai food now! Highly recommend. "
"Thai Coconut Soup was rich with coconut milk and mushrooms, but chicken was so dry and inedible. The Fish Cake was plump, mildly spicy and very tasty. Jasmine Steamed Rice was plenty and perfectly cooked. Thai Iced Tea wasn't as memorable as I recalled in the past, but still good. Even though it's coming across town, it still arrived hot. I like this spot."

"Excellent quality, portion. I enjoyed the Pork Belly Banh Mi, which was fatty and satiating. I asked for extra pate and could taste it in the sandwich. The Vietnamese Iced Coffee isn't as good as some of the other Vietnamese restaurants, but good enough for a fast food joint. Really appreciate the long store hours as well!"

"秘製牛肉麵 (辣/不辣 / House Special Beef Noodle Soup (Spicy or Non-spicy) was incredible! the spicy version broth & meat were so delicious. thank you, i will be ordering again in the future. :) 擔擔麵 (辣) / Dandan Noodles (Spicy) was great too. and dandan did have that slight numbing effect from the sichuan peppercorns."
"Ordered the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup and the Cabbage & Pork Dumplings.
Loved both dishes, both the noodles and the dumplings seemed very hand-made. Great broth for the soup, good spice level and more chili oil included if you want to kick it up.

"Best duck curry I've ever had, no question. Fresh, slightly crunchy veggies, rich broth. Im totally spoiled for this place. Everything was perfect. I ordered takeout so I cant comment on the service.
I feel like I have to try everything on the menu now"
"Don't do it!
Disappointing Thai Food – 3/10
I would give the food a 3 out of 10, and that’s being generous.
We ordered the spicy noodles, which were anything but spicy. The dish was drenched in oil, lacked flavor, and was completely underwhelming.
Our second dish was the kombucha curry. What a disappointment! Although it contained generous chunks of kombucha, the curry itself was overwhelmed by red chili oil floating on the surface. To make matters worse, the coconut-based sauce was excessively sweet, completely overpowering the dish and ruining what should have been a flavorful curry.
I consider myself a connoisseur of Thai cuisine, and this was, by far, one of the most disappointing Thai meals I’ve had. Frankly, it felt like a rip-off.
Our third order was the chicken tenders. How can you go wrong with chicken tenders? I wouldn’t typically order them at a Thai restaurant, but since it is game day, my boyfriend wanted to take advantage of the two-for-one special. At least that was a decent value, although it’s hard to get excited about basic fried chicken at a Thai restaurant.
We were starving and genuinely excited for a delicious Thai meal. Unfortunately, we are thoroughly disappointed.
Thai cuisine is known for its beautiful balance of heat, sweetness, acidity, and aromatic flavors. Sadly, none of that balance was present in the dishes we ordered.
Overall, overpriced, excessively oily, and seriously lacking in authentic Thai flavor. I wouldn’t return."
