I would have understood and worked with them. The food was very good. High quality. Fresh. Lovely. But, they put hot sauce on/in much of it. I was not expecting that. I don't care for that much heat in French food. It's not listed on the menu as being spicy. I know not to order anything with chicken, as it is always hot, but there was heat in the croque monsieur and in the goat cheese quiche as well. Really took away from the flavor of these two.
