"Maiz Mexican Cocina is an absolute gem, and their food blew me away! I have to start with the Chilaquiles Especiales a dish that is nothing short of perfection. Each bite is packed with tender, savory bites of chicken drenched in a vibrant, mouthwatering green sauce that coats everything beautifully. The flavors are bold, the textures are heavenly, and every single bite is like a celebration of authentic Mexican cuisine. If you're a fan of chilaquiles, this will easily be the some of the best you've ever had.
The Pozole Verde is another winner. The hominy is cooked to perfection soft but still holds its shape and the broth is rich, flavorful, and comforting.
