The baked potato could have used a little more time, but it had great flavor (I did the baked beans and brisket). We got the brisket nachos and an order of pulled pork mac and cheese. The meat doesn't need extra anything. Wonderful flavor and well cooked. My husband got the nachos, and he said, "This is the first time I had to dig to the bottom for chips.
