"The tostada salad was half empty and I didn't receive the sauces I requested. There was hardly any avocado or chicken in the salad. Not worth it."
"Ordered fordinner about 30 minutes before closing. I can understand that you might run out of ingredients but the least you can do is let the customer know and decided if they still want it. This tostada was so empty that you could see the bottom of it. No cilantro dressing, no pico de gallo, very little amount of remaining ingredients. The chicken even tasted cold like cooked hours ago. This has been my worst experience at el Pollo Loco, and I order about once a month this same thing because I like it that bad. I'm very shocked. Not worth the $14 :("
