Literally watered down, soulless, flavorless. It's honestly sad. This is true north Indian treasure. Every spice, every speck of flavor that is supposed to be there shines bright like Surya. Both the Malai Kofta and the Saag Paneer are exceptional, my only gripe with the food itself is that the portions could be slightly larger. "No joke, best door dash deal I have gotten so far! If I am lazy enough to have someone bring food to my doorstep and treat myself, indont really want to pay over $30 for a salad and app. So I got the $45 meal thinking it would be just small versions of each thing...nope people, it was a real deal. Full size, big size, everything . I ate some after laughing at the ridiculousness of the amount of food, took leftovers to work and fed four people off it and still have enough for two more! I didn't even care that the breadsticks were like hard missiles, I was actually kind of glad so it was less to eat. To top it all off, it was tasty! Perfect for a family of four easily!
