The staff I have interacted with have always been very friendly. We ordered the Volcano Combo with fried rice and my husband added vegetables to his. The container is quite deceptively small-looking but it is packed very tightly. It fills out a large dinner place to overflowing and in our family we can usually split 1 Volcano Combo between 2 people (1 parent and 1 child) or save half for another meal.
