I've been slowly becoming vegan and trying out the best recipes, etc. When I tell you that the Spicy Garlic with rice noodles, tofu, green beans, broccoli, red pepper flakes, crunchy onions, and red onions is FANTASTIC - I mean it with my entire soul. If you don't like tofu, this sauce completely covers any tofu taste. The rice noodles mask any tofu texture and everything is cooked perfectly and combined incredibly!
