I can go to a casual, dine-in restaurant and get a huge cheeseburger & fries for just a dollar or two more than this ordinary, basic sandwich. It tastes how you'd think it tastes... Like something you'd pack yourself for lunch when you go to work. I'm not even sure how someone actually felt OK about signing off on this pricing before putting it on the menu.
Got an iced strawberry matcha - which was fine. It wasn't blended too well and I kept getting clumps of pasty matcha in the straw until I took it out of the cup & put it into another to give it a few violent shakes. It was average. Needs more matcha flavor.

"1. The food at this store is always fresh. I order from these folks often and in 4 years they havent missed, not even once which is impressive in 2025.

3. The staff at this location is top tier. The ole guy that im pretty sure owns this franchise location has a great attention to detail, remembers the ketchup, fries are crispy, all of the things that take the sting out of paying $15/20 for sandwiches during year 5 of the apocalypse.

I went to this location 15 min before closing during the snow storm and instead of telling me they are closing in just a few min, they did the entire order to perfection. (Also I didnt realize they were about to close otherwise i wouldn't have come in bc no one wants to be that guy how rude..)

"When you put hot fries ina cup with alum foil.. by the time they are delivered it's like they were steamed. Soft and mushy.
Sandwich was a disaster too. The bread was soaked from whatever oil and vinegar was put on sandwich. Very poor quality. Need to find a better way when delivering your products."
